BOCES Remote April 19; In person April 20

As we finalize our plans for a successful transition of the Alternative High School to the Salt Point Campus, we wanted to provide an update to our community. Our students will be assigned to classrooms in either our Salt Point Center or the Career and Technical Institute depending on their placements and teacher.

Virtual Learning Academy is thriving

While remote learning has been tough for some, it is just right for students in Dutchess BOCES’ Virtual Academy. The academy was created for students whose districts determined they could not return to the classroom because of the COVID-19 virus. It started small, but now has about 55 students, ranging from K-12, from various school districts. It continues to grow.
