Dutchess BOCES has learned of a positive case of COVID in one of our In-District Classes at Arlington High School.
As a result of contact tracing, all BOCES In-District classes at the Arlington High School ONLY will move to remote learning
for Thursday and Friday, January 21st and 22nd. All individuals impacted by this program change are being contacted.

The new Dutchess BOCES Center for Sustainability and Climate Education is offering free workshops beginning this month. The events are available to educators, administrators, students, facilities and operations staff, and community members.
Recruiting in the age of COVID-19 has taken on a new form for Dutchess BOCES Career and Technical Institute. Principal Mitchell Shron and his counselors are taking the message virtual with a video they hope goes viral.
Dutchess BOCES’ Career and Technical Institute graduated 31 students from the School of Practical Nursing program during a virtual ceremony held Tuesday, December 15.

The Dutchess BOCES Board of Trustees accepted the resignations for the purpose of retirement for Superintendent Dr. Richard Hooley and Deputy Superintedent Cora Stempel at its December 9 monthly meeting. Stempel’s retirement is effective July 19, 2021 and Hooley retires effective August 31, 2021.
