Shirley Caraway, a food service helper at Salt Point Center, has been with BOCES for 15 years and enjoys everything about the job. Caraway works mainly at SPC preparing food, but has recently been assisting at the Alternative High School by serving meals to students. The high schoolers have been nice to her, but Caraway has a soft spot for the younger students. “The younger kids are fun to be around,” she said. Everyone Caraway has met at BOCES has been friendly, making it a nice
place to work. “The environment is friendly,” Caraway said. “I enjoy working here.”
