A message from NYLA/SSL:

Dear NYLA/SSL Members and School Librarians,

My name is Dawn Pressimone and I am the Awards Chair for SSL.  I would like to take this opportunity to let you know that there are several scholarships that you can apply for to help you attend a SSL Conference and a couple awards to apply for to honor an administrator.  This year's conference will be May 30-31 and June 1, 2019 in Syracuse.  The deadline for these applications is December 18, 2018.

Please follow the links below to complete an application or you can find them on the NYLA/SSL webpage.  I know we are all busy and have many things going on in our work and personal lives, but I highly encourage you to complete an application to make it possible to learn something new at a conference, gather with your peers, add to your lesson plan collection, honor those that are our champions, and to help you ease a financial burden to attend.
