Contract FAQ
What happens after I submit the contract request form?
Once submitted, you will receive an email containing both the official contract and a claim form. Contracts are not fulfilled until signatures are completed and the contract is returned to AIE at BOCES.
What should I do with the contract?
Please finalize the contract by obtaining all required request signatures from your districts’ designated AIE/EE administrator, then return the signed contract back to us aie@dcboces.org
When should I submit the claim form?
Hold onto the claim form until the program or service has taken place. Once the program or service is fully completed, sign the claim form and submit it to us for payment processing.
What if I need to modify an existing contract?
If you need to make changes, submit a Contract Modification Form. After submission, you will receive an updated contract and a new claim form via email. Have the modified contract signed and returned to us.
How can I track my district's contract requests and available funds?
Each district has access to a dedicated tracking sheet to monitor contract requests, available funds, and request/payment statuses. To request access to your district's sheet, please contact us.
