Dutchess BOCES’ new Center for Sustainability and Climate Education hosted its first virtual Sustainability Summit on April 14 bringing together students, activists and educators to discuss critical issues surrounding climate change and sustainabiy.
The show must go on. It is a well-known saying and staff at Dutchess BOCES Alternative High School have found yet another way to get things done despite restrictions related to COVID-19.
Dutchess BOCES has appointed a new deputy superintendent and named an interim principal for the 2021-22 school year.
The Career and Technical Institute is increasing in-person class sessions for students when possible. The changes will follow the New York State Department of Health social distancing rules. Please read Principal Mitchell Shron’s letter for the full, staggered implementation.
